Shipping policy

At Coco Rebelle Amsterdam, we carefully prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

  • The Netherlands: 2–5 business days
  • Other European countries: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Netherlands: Free shipping
  • Europe: €14.95
  • Worldwide: €24.95

Track & Trace

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to easily monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

Delayed Delivery

While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery time, occasional delays may occur due to the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Coco Rebelle Amsterdam cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

Has your order arrived damaged, or is an item missing from your package? Please contact our customer service team at info@cocorebelleamsterdam.nl within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of the packaging and the product(s), if applicable.
